The problem
Cognitive & data overload

An unmanageable flood of open and closed source data, where identifying what matters takes hours of manual searching and verification.

The problem
Fragmented, manual workflows

Disjointed tools force analysts to piece together data across legacy platforms, wasting time as operational windows close.

The problem
Adversarial information environments

False narratives, synthetic media, and coordinated deception challenge tools that aren't built to detect or adapt to them.

Mission

The decision advantage teams need in an era of cognitive overload, disinformation, and accelerating tempo.

01 · Surface

Curated, relevant information tailored to the end user.

02 · Analyze

Verify and understand impact with structured, transparent tradecraft.

03 · Act

Decision-ready outputs, aligned to mission objectives.

Careers

Build the decision advantage with us.

We're a small, operator-founded team building for the people who can't afford to miss what matters. Open positions are below.

Technical Project Manager
Full-time · East Coast · US Citizen, clearance preferred
View roleClose
Purpose

Own day-to-day delivery coordination with our AI/retrieval infrastructure partner, driving integration milestones from kickoff through go-live.

Responsibilities
  • Serve as the single point of contact for the partner's delivery team, including weekly status meetings with their PM counterpart
  • Track integration milestones (kickoff, workflow optimization/benchmarking, technical assessment) and drive sign-off on deliverables
  • Define and track Go/No-Go success criteria (accuracy, latency, semantic relevance)
  • Bridge between the partner's technical team and our integration engineer
  • Monitor infrastructure/timeline risk and escalate proactively
  • Own the change request process
  • Full ownership of this integration end to end from day one — a build-it-yourself mandate, not a maintain-an-existing-process role, with real room to grow scope as the company scales
Requirements
  • Must be a US Citizen; security clearance preferred
  • Must be East Coast-based
  • Experience managing technical vendor or partner integrations, ideally spanning both AI/ML and broader SaaS environments
  • Fluent enough in APIs, RAG/retrieval architecture, and cloud deployment to spot technical problems immediately, not just relay them
  • Understands how to speak the language of defense customers, while staying technical enough to hold your own in engineering syncs without a translator
  • High degree of ownership — thrives with ambiguity and a small team, wants to build and own something from scratch
  • Comfortable rolling up your sleeves and doing the work directly today, with the ambition and capability to grow into a leader who builds and owns a team as we scale — we believe leadership is a choice to empower rather than hand-hold, and that ownership of a team's capability sits with the leader who builds it
  • Strong plus: defense/gov contracting familiarity — SBIR process, DoD terminology, security clearance processes

Purpose

Serve as the company's first dedicated technical hire, owning the architecture and delivery of critical third-party platform integrations that power our core product. Works in close partnership with the Technical Project Manager, though the two roles report separately given the size of the team.

Responsibilities
  • Architect and own the integration layer connecting our platform to key third-party data and AI infrastructure providers
  • Lead technical evaluation and implementation planning for new platform integrations end to end
  • Own migration of legacy data pipelines to modern, scalable infrastructure
  • Manage the transition of internal workflow orchestration to more robust, production-grade systems as the company scales
  • Serve as the primary technical counterpart to external vendor engineering teams
  • Own technical validation and readiness assessments ahead of major releases
  • Identify and resolve architectural risks before they become delivery blockers
  • As the first technical FTE, help shape engineering practices and technical hiring as the team grows
Requirements
  • Must be a US Citizen; security clearance preferred
  • Must be East Coast-based
  • 5+ years engineering experience with real work integrating third-party APIs or RAG/retrieval systems
  • Proficiency in Python
  • Cloud infrastructure experience — Red Hat/OpenShift a plus, GovCloud/Azure GCC High a plus given the defense context
  • Comfortable working directly with an external vendor's engineering team, not just internal peers
  • High degree of ownership — first technical hire means building the function, not joining one
  • Comfortable rolling up your sleeves and doing the work directly today, with the ambition and capability to grow into a leader who builds and owns a team as we scale — we believe leadership is a choice to empower rather than hand-hold, and that ownership of a team's capability sits with the leader who builds it
  • Strong plus: prior defense/intelligence tech experience

Product Lead
Full-time · East Coast · US Citizen, clearance preferred
View roleClose
Purpose

Own the product as a whole — UX, roadmap, and translating end-user needs into what gets built. First product hire; this role exists to close the gap between engineering execution and a coherent user experience as the company scales.

Responsibilities
  • Own UX and product design decisions end to end, from concept through shipped feature
  • Define and prioritize the product roadmap in partnership with the CEO
  • Translate defense/intelligence customer needs into clear product requirements engineering can build against
  • Partner closely with the Integration Engineer and Technical Project Manager to ensure technical delivery serves a coherent user experience, not just functional integration
  • Run user research and feedback loops with customers to validate direction
  • Establish lightweight product processes (specs, prioritization, release criteria) appropriate for an early-stage team — build the function, not inherit one
Requirements
  • Must be a US Citizen; security clearance preferred
  • Must be East Coast-based
  • 4+ years in a product management or product design leadership role, ideally at an early-stage startup where you owned product end to end
  • Strong UX instincts and comfort making design decisions directly, not just managing designers
  • High degree of ownership — thrives with ambiguity and ability to build product function from scratch
  • Comfortable rolling up your sleeves and doing the work directly today, with the ambition and capability to grow into a leader who builds and owns a team as we scale — we believe leadership is a choice to empower rather than hand-hold, and that ownership of a team's capability sits with the leader who builds it
  • Comfortable working in a small, technical team and translating between engineering and non-technical/defense-domain end users
  • Strong plus: experience with defense, intelligence, or government customers
  • Strong plus: prior experience in an AI/ML product context
